Delete Your Account

Delete in the App

You can delete your Terrain Ready account, made by Shelby Dynamics LLC, at any time:

1. Open Terrain Ready and sign in.
2. Open the Settings tab.
3. Under Account Actions, tap Delete Account, then Delete to confirm.

Deletion starts right away and you are signed out.

Delete Without the App

If you no longer have the app, email support@terrainready.com from the address you signed up with and ask us to delete your account. We reply to confirm once it is deleted.

What Is Deleted

• Your account and sign-in.
• Your profile and profile photo.
• Your hunts, training plans, workouts and logged sets.
• Health, recovery, assessment and readiness data.
• Notifications, stats and subscription records we hold.

We keep nothing from your account after deletion. Crash reports and analytics held by our providers are not linked to your account and expire on those providers' own retention schedules.

Subscriptions

Deleting your account does not cancel a Terrain Ready Pro subscription. Cancel it in Google Play (Play Store › Profile › Payments & subscriptions › Subscriptions) or on iPhone (Settings › your name › Subscriptions) so you are not charged again.
