Rucking & Load Carriage
The foundation of backcountry hunting. If you can't carry the weight, you can't hunt. Our protocols focus on progressive overload to build durability without injury.
Core Principles
- 1. Posture First: Maintain a neutral spine. Lean forward from the ankles, not the waist.
- 2. Stride Frequency: Shorten your stride and increase cadence to reduce impact forces.
- 3. Progressive Loading: Never increase weight by more than 10% per week.
Sample Workout: "The Heavy Haul"

- 0.5 Mile Ruck @ 60lbs (Heavy carry simulation)
- 0.5 Mile Cooldown (No pack)
