Training Plans & Workouts
Today and Plan
- Today shows your hunt countdown and readiness, today's workout, and this week at a glance.
- Plan shows the full program: the phase timeline (for example Base, Build, Peak, Taper) and every week. Tap a week to see its phase, training block, weekly focus and daily schedule.
- If you have more than one open hunt, chips at the top of Plan let you preview each one. Today follows your active hunt.
How to Log a Workout
Logging what you actually did keeps your progress and readiness accurate.
- Tap today's workout, then Start Workout.
- Work through each exercise and check off sets as you finish them. Tap How to do it on any exercise for setup, steps and form cues.
- Tap Finish Workout.
- Fill in the log: duration, how it felt (RPE 1–10), and on hiking or rucking days your distance, elevation gain and pack weight. Add notes on pain or changes if you like.
- Tap Complete Workout. Progress and your readiness score update shortly after.
If you did more or less than prescribed, log what you did.
Missed Workouts
Life happens. Leave a missed day and carry on with the next workout. Your consistency score looks at the training days you completed in the last 14 days, so getting back on track quickly matters more than making up a session.
New Weeks
Your plan writes detailed workouts a few weeks at a time, and adds upcoming weeks as you go. If you open a week that has no workouts yet, tap Generate Schedule to write it now. This takes about a minute.
Weeks after week 1 are part of Terrain Ready Pro.
Updating Your Equipment
- Go to Settings › Available Equipment.
- Switch items on or off (for example dumbbells, kettlebell, sandbag, pull-up bar) and tap Update Equipment List.
Weeks written after you save use your new list. Workouts already written stay as they are.
Understanding Hunt Readiness
Hunt Readiness is a 0–100 score for how prepared you are for this hunt. It is built from three parts:
- Recovery (30%): sleep, resting heart rate and HRV from your recovery entries or Health sync.
- Fitness (40%): your latest fitness assessment, taken from the Readiness tab.
- Consistency (30%): training days completed in the last 14 days. Rest days don't count against you.
A part with no data yet counts as halfway, so take an assessment for a truer score. Status labels: Peak Condition (85+), Strong Focus (75–84), Good Progress (65–74) and Needs Work (below 65).
The score updates when you complete a workout, log recovery or take an assessment.
